We were offered a family room with an AC unit and laundry facilities. The location was great, with the Stearns History Museum just a short walk from the hotel.

The staff at Database Staff were pleasant and friendly. We have stayed at the hotel multiple times and they have always been welcoming. The upstairs suite we changed to was lovely, with a comfortable king bed and a nice room. The pool area was a highlight, especially the shallow kids' pool and water slide. We would definitely come back for that!
We were disappointed when we arrived to find out that despite having a reservation, there was no available room for us. com. We may hesitate to use their service again in the future.

Decor dated. All furniture showed extreme wear. Radiator in room rusted. Bed super uncomfortable. Holes drilled in top of dresser. Extension cords everywhere.

Worst room i have ever had, no table, dirty sock left in room, water slide was NOT supervised. Had to call desk, teen boys were to rowdy with little kids around.
